Your True Reflection — Autumn Newsletter 2025 🍁

It’s been a truly exciting autumn here at Your True Reflection CIC!

Over the past few months, we’ve been blessed to reach even more women’s support groups, coming alongside Hestia Women’s Shelters in London and The Lightwell Centre at HTB Knightsbridge. We’re now preparing to expand into Gosport and Kent, bringing restorative healing and hope to even more women in need.

We’re also honoured to have come alongside the LIFE Support Charity, supporting our sisters in Zambia who are living with HIV. Together, we’re helping to raise funds to  help develop life-changing skills, build financial independence, and nurture sisterhood and love within their communities — because together, we heal.  The Your True Reflection team provided facials, love and wellbeing.

We’re thrilled to welcome new Angels and Guardians into our growing community:

Angels are our incredible therapist volunteers who manage our Beauty with Purpose subscriptions — generating vital funds to keep Your True Reflection running.

Guardians are our therapists who come alongside us in women’s groups, offering their skills, compassion, and time to help women heal from trauma and rediscover confidence.

When we put out a call for donations this season, your generosity overflowed! In just a few weeks, we received over £13,000 worth of wellness products and clothing, which we’ll be hand-delivering to shelters across Kent, Surrey, and London before Christmas.

Since opening in December 2024, our volunteers have performed nearly 200 restorative treatments — and soon we’ll be celebrating our first birthday! 🎉

As always, Your True Reflection is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers, many of whom are survivors of domestic violence. This shared experience fuels our passion to help others find light, healing, and community.
