About Your True Reflection
Your True Reflection is a nurturing healing space dedicated to supporting individuals through the power of touch, offering complimentary beauty treatments, self-care, and the regifting of clothing, wellness, and essential items to those in need. More than a service, it is a community-driven platform where compassion creates a ripple effect of transformation. In our first year, we have delivered over 200 restorative treatments and regifted £30,000 worth of items through shelters across London, Surrey, and Kent. Alongside this, we provide expert-led resources to help survivors of trauma navigate recovery, including guidance around legal and medical systems, with the upcoming launch of our scholarship programme to further extend our support.

Restorative Healing
Our Beauty Workshops by Abi, Founder of Your True Reflection, are designed to restore confidence through care. This initiative offers complimentary restorative facials to women who have experienced trauma, abuse, or personal hardship, creating a safe and nurturing space where they can relax, feel valued, and begin to rebuild their self-worth.
Delivered by a team of skilled, compassionate professionals, each treatment goes beyond skincare—supporting emotional wellbeing through calming, holistic techniques. More than just facials, these workshops provide connection, encouragement, and access to further support, helping women take meaningful steps towards healing and independence.
